Guide Testing of Laminated Bond Strength |

The test procedure is almost identical to coating testing.
On important difference is the necessity to cut out the
circumference of the test element through the laminated layer in
order to isolate it from the rest of the surface. The resulting cylindrical test sample resembles traditional tensile testing (in a tensile testing machine) but with one big difference: Unlike in tensile testing machines (even those with universal link connections in both ends of the sample) perfectly uniform stress distribution is ensured with the DFD® pull technology. Below are the various adhesion testing models best suited for measuring laminate tensile strength:
