Compressed Air Cleaning Method 

Pro VentriCleaner

Pro VentriCleaner fitted with 40 and 0.01 micron filters, 25 m cleaning hose 1/2 in., 2 cleaning nozzle heads, 2 couplings for ancillary air tools, foot pedal controlled valve, galvanized steel reel.

Method: The compressed air drives the cleaning nozzle head forward in the duct. By manipulating the cleaning hose, the operator can direct the cleaning head where he wants it to go, for instance into a branch duct. The same system works in a wide range of circular, square and rectangular duct sizes.

Efficient tool for duct cleaning!

Some ventilation ducts are more difficult to clean than others. Large rectangular ducts frequently have stays and other obstacles inside. Concrete or brick ducts often harbour lumps of mortar, which become holding areas for contamination making cleaning by traditional means near impossible.  

Rotaclean^® is the ideal duct cleaning tool to deal efficiently with these problems.  Rotaclean^® is driven by compressed air enabling efficient penetration and cleaning of all surfaces; even rough ones without causing damage.  Rotaclean’s working principle concentrates all the available energy from the compressed air into one powerful radial stream of air rotating around the inside wall of the ventilation duct.  

The high pressure rubber hose becomes so rigid due to the air pressure that Rotaclean^® can be pushed into the ventilation duct like a rod up to a length of 30 meters.

Compressed air drives the Clean Turbine tool forward in the duct.  When reaching the cleaning starting point the CleanTurbine tool will start rotating around the inner walls of the ventilation duct as the operator directs.

EasyClean®

The EasyClean^® is a highly effective industrial steam cleaning machine. Ideally suited for cleaning in food preparation and service areas and for other demanding cleaning jobs requiring continuously high temperature (160°C) and working pressure 4 bar. It is supplied on wheels in a solid steel casing with a wide range of brushes and lances.

EasyClean^® will deal with most dirt, grime and grease substances without the need for detergents.  It can optionally be supplied with an automatic detergent injector system.
